Hi retail Investors,
I'm consolidating a list of stocks that deserve extra caution or may be worth avoiding based on publicly known governance or business risks.
Current list:
1. GSM Foils – Promoter conflict reportedly escalated into a serious criminal dispute.
2. C2C Advanced Systems – Working capital constraints and execution concerns.
Feel free to add other companies (with reasons) so we can build a community watchlist and help fellow investors avoid unnecessary risks.
Please share only publicly available information and your own research—avoid rumors or unverified claims.

Observed price hikes in daily-use items:
Mustard oil: ₹195 → ₹202
Rice: ₹60 → ₹70/kg
Vegetables: Near all-time high prices
Auto fare (my area): ₹26 → ₹30/km
engine oil: Ethanol blending, but consumers are still paying almost the same price.
SIM recharge plans: Prices keep increasing whenever telecom companies decide.
Now compare salary hikes:
Banks: ~8% (maximum)
TCS: 2–5%
Most Indian IT companies: 0–5%
Meanwhile, Indian household savings are shrinking rapidly—a worrying sign.
And still, Nirmala Tai is busy playing with taxes.
Looks like "Triple Talaq" has been replaced by "Triple Tax."
Any attrition in an organization has some impact. The real question is: how long does it take to recover?
If a senior leader leaves—especially when the organization is investing in a new business or strategic initiative—it can delay execution by at least 2–3 months.
However, the business itself continues because every well-managed organization is always preparing a replacement and building leadership succession.

Good sector + good results, but promoter is reducing stake in the open market. Interesting divergence? 👀
