@pierrelerouge13 @rugby_ap Hard to believe it’s not reckless, definite contact to head neck, direct contact, high level of danger, lack of control. Think it would be difficult to go for red because no intent may be level of mitigating circumstances, but important that intent doesn’t mean not foul play.
