We are not jealous. We are frustrated that he got away with murder to create a roster that could dominate while other schools didnt do what bama did. And you will counter w everyone did it. No they didnt bc the rosters would have stayed roughly the same. And then he is trying to stop the new group of teams that have the advantage with the new rules.

Go ahead and hate on me but nick didnt do shit in the nfl. Was ok at his 2 stops before lsu. And took a while to get going at lsu.

God bless him, he saw an opportunity to take advantage of the system bc he had the right president at the ncaa and the right commissioners in the sec.

Bottom line. There will be 70 percent of serious college football fans that know what went down and will be on this side of the argument while 30 percent will be on the other side. We will never change each others minds but as time goes on something is going to bring the truth to the surface.

He has a formula and isnt going away. No question about that. Dilfer said the guys were mean and tough. I will say it wont be as easy bc hitting on players isnt as easy as it sounds especially on the offensive line and qb but even if they dont hit 100 percent they will be in the playoff discussion.

Everyone wants to create what he did but there is very little deep dive that i have found except for trent dilfer he mentioned that iu spent at market value on both lines of scrimmage which worked and definitely hit on their qb plus a few other spots. Are those lineman returning this year? If so, it could be another good year

He flat out lied to wayne hiuzinga to his face concerning the dolphins. Be a man and tell him the truth. He did things in miami that would make deflate and spygate look like childs play. My father remarried after we lost my mom and his new wifes son had an opportunity to work for him when he took the gig at bama at a very high level, he didnt move forward bc he didnt an ounce of respect for him.

Concerning a high level alpha competitor, they dont run away and go to tv and spend time w their family. They roll up their sleeves and compete. He lost his advantage and thats why he ran away.

We will never agree but i have numerous top level sources that have nothing good to say about him and state facts.

Fans know saban had full immunity w his boy mark immeret at the ncaa so he could create a competitive advantage. You will get all emotional and ask who hurt me or hurl other insults my way but the bottom line is that, shit is a changin and ole nick couldnt have his advantage anymore.

@russ_holloway77 @vrp2003 And yes, i probably forgot more about how an athletic department is run financially and that is why i have no empathy for these schools. No foresight and or financial leadership means they live in the world they created.

SC is in the sec. They have a ton of money coming in. They made a lot of bad decisions in the past that is causing their deficits. Now that things have changed, they are in deep financial trouble. There are schools that saw this coming and didnt make bad decisions. Meeechhigan doesnt have financial issues.

First suggestion is to up their game on the field to realize a bit more money from playoff stipends (im assuming sec gives a bit more to their playoff teams vs other members) this should also increase merchandise, donations, and other revenues. From there, cut back on expenses for Olympic sports. The spending for these sports is out of control. (Make them club sports and this is coming from a parent that had a daughter play college softball)

Now for the tough love. Maybe they should focus on becoming better academically so they can have smarter graduates that make a bigger difference in the world, which would create more wealth and with more wealth these successful alumni would give back. These universities need to look themselves in the mirror and as rory mclroy says in the golf space. Dont like it, play better....
