Well, well, well, it’s happened again @hyperjar@financialombuds 3 times this month alone… Hyperjar have blocked my account for money going in. Becoming a joke. All because my old address is on my payslip an the wages have been deposited from ‘ GB retail payroll’ and not NEXT
@hyperjar@FinancialXpress@financialombuds can anyone look into my Hyperjar account. The second time in two weeks my accounts been suspended. Got offered £40 compensation last time which I’ve still not received. Am I best off going the legal route
@Kacqciti@hyperjar Did you ever get anywhere with this? They did this to me last week and when they finally sorted it they offered me £49 compensation which I still haven’t recieved.. they’ve done the exact same thing to me yesterday again!

@hyperjar at it again. Suspended my account for checks and even after sending them everything taken a week to sort it and offered me £40 compensation which still hasn’t been recieved. An they’ve done it again! I’m sure the @financialombuds needs to look into this again!
@hyperjar has got to be the worse bank known. Twice in two weeks they have now suspended my account for checks. All documentation sent in and even after offering me £40 compensation for last time this happened, they’ve only gone and done it again and still not credited my account
