This is absolutely unacceptable. I have been facing slow filtration with UTC RO for over a month, and for the last 4 days there has been almost NO filtration at all. Despite repeated complaints and escalations, nobody has even visited to resolve the issue.

My UTS RO filters were replaced on 11th july and since then RO is not filtering water. It keeps running all the time but no water is coming out. Already raised the complaint multiple time but no one come to fix it yet. This is going to be my last month with LP.

Ordered S24 Ultra EE on 27 Aug. By mistake entered wrong contact no (last digit). Somehow reached delivery person but he refused to handover w/o OTP (understandable). @SamsungIndia

Since delivery was clearly impossible, I requested cancellation & refund. It’s been days, yet NOTHING has been done. Neither delivery nor refund. Just endless waiting.

There is a typo in my contact number so I can not receive OTP for the delivery. I have already requested @ShiprocketIndia to update the number yesterday but they didn't update it. Pkt is again out for delivery with invalid contact no.

@SamsungIndia I have ordered a phone but there is a typo in my contact no. Last digit of my contact number is wrong. I have already raised the request to change the number through the portal while requested for redelivery. Delivery agent informed me that number has not changed.

@katochaditya @surajlakhotia I was also facing the same issue. I was able to move past this issue by following a workaround.
1. Select New Tax regime in Part A- General Information
2. Fill the Salary section now in Schedule Salary and save
3. Now change the Tax regime back to old as did in Step 1.
