The league seasons are over for both the Mens 1sr XV and Ladies team. Both finished second d in their respective leagues and the men are promoted to Midlands 3EN now for 2019/20. The 2's are still on target for 2nd place in their league too. Things are looking up at Mellish

For the 1st time in 5 seasons we managed to field 3 senior men's teams. Sadly we couldn't find an opponent for the 3's and the 2' league opponent cried off so we had an inter club game. Some competative rugby between mates resulted in 36 players getting a game #mellishfamily

Saturday saw Mellish 1st XV win in the RFU Junior Vase Midlands Final, against a good @TenburyRFC 19-36. Try scorers on the day were Ross Pickering, Max Roberts, Carl Downer, TJ Austin, Dan Crampton & James Chubb with 6 points off the tee from Ross Pickering

Saturday sees our 1st XV host Rugby Welsh in the Midlands semi final of the RFU junior cup plus an ex-players reunion.
Sunday sees the Ladies host Littleborough Ladies in the last 16 of the RFU Junior Plate.
