Never forget June 4th—the day of the infamous Tiananmen Square massacre 36 years ago.

My friend Dr. Sam Yan is a survivor of both Mao’s Cultural Revolution and the Tiananmen Square massacre. He narrowly escaped death and witnessed the person in front of him being gunned down.

Sam is now running for the school board in the Broad Run District of Loudoun County, Virginia.

One of his key motivations is to push back against the infiltration of Marxist ideology in our education system. As a Ph.D. in mathematics, he is committed to helping American students succeed in STEM—because he believes it’s a matter of national security.
