@claudeai just deducted $300 from my card for NO REASON.

2 days back i got a notification from my bank account saying claude charged $196. then right after that another one saying they charged $100.

There’s literally no way to reach a real customer support team.

I just want an explanation for the charges and why my account keeps consuming its entire usage limit without me using it. I’m hoping this can be resolved as soon as possible.

It’s now been 3 days.

I’ve emailed support multiple times and tried every contact method I could find, but I haven’t received a response or any explanation for the charges or the unexplained usage.

About 4 hours later, my usage limit reset.

Within 2–3 minutes, it hit 100% again—even though I hadn’t typed a single prompt or used Claude at all.

At that point, I knew something was seriously wrong.

The first thing I thought was that my account had been compromised, so I immediately changed my password, logged out of every device, revoked all Claude Code tokens, removed MCPs, disconnected every connector, and reset everything I possibly could.
