@booking.com your terms and conditions state that the hotel should assist by providing an alternative within, at least, the same standards as the original. Please look at the pictures of the accomodation they provided me at 8PM upon arrival- how is this acceptable?

@bookingcom you can't support hotels scamming guests like this! The accommodation I was provided in a second location was pitiful and not even close to the standard of the hotel I originally booked. I spoke with the Manager and he reassured that he will notify you to confirm.
