@SamsungUS HELP, I lost my phone and I used the “Find My Mobile” app to lock it and now that I found it I cannot unlock it, and the service department is of no use they keep sending me on a wild goose chase. I was told to go see T-Mobile who in turn sent me back to Samsung!
