@CrownePlaza we have been trying to talk to someone for a week at the Crowne Plaza in Asheville. We had 5 rooms there and our family enjoyed our stay but would not stay again due to this. It’s been truly ridiculous. Happy to share if you care.
@mintandlily is yet another company who makes it impossible to talk to someone or resolve an issue with one of their products. They can rope in customers with slick and persistent social media advertising but abandon those customers when there is a problem.
@facebook help! Changed phone carriers but not my number but you deactivated my phone number from my account! Now I can’t log in because I have 2-factor authentication enabled and can’t get the code from FB! Even with email code FB then asks for the and code. ID never accepted!!
@DollarCars still a long line of angry people here in ATL waiting 4 hours just to check in then being told 2-4 hours more to get car... I’m asking again - anyone in management care? Think you’re tag line here is grounds for misrepresentation.

@11AliveNews come cover the chaos at the ATL airport at the Dollar rental car. This is unconscionable. People waiting 4 hrs in line then being told it will be 2-4 hours before they can get a car to them. People upset, taking video, getting ugly
@DollarCars people in ATL airport waiting in line 3-4 hours only to be told it will be at least 2 hours after checking in until they get a car. People with young children, older people in line... is anyone on executive team aware of what’s happening here? Or CARE?

@Sears called the “corporate office” 847-286-2500 and asked to speak to a manager for help - operator said no management is here/customer service and hung up on me.
@Sears Worst customer service trying to get my Kenmore refrigerator repaired. Only 4 years old and no refrigerator now for 3 weeks. Why would anyone buy a Kenmore appliance when you can’t get service? Does anyone in Corporate care?
