Waiting is not easy. We feel exhausted at times, on the verge of giving up. We may even lower our expectations. But we have to press on because only You know when the time is right. Almighty. Keep our faith firm while waiting, trusting You always.

I was thought ASTHMA has no cure until a woman proved me wrong with this remedy👇
Boil the whole plant of Euphorbia hirta (asthma plant, twi: kakaweadwe, emi-ile in yoruba) + ginger for 30mins. Take 60mls twice daily for a month🍀…it’s been 25 years since she had an episode❤️
God’s not looking at what you don’t have. All He needs is what you do have: your willingness, your obedience, your courage, your faith.
Check out Joel's message, "You've Been Chosen": https://t.co/fzO8ZeVnAZ
Jesus said in John, “You didn’t choose Me; I chose you.” God handpicked you. He says, “I choose people that don’t look like you’d expect.” You’re who God chooses. He sees what’s in you; He knows your potential.
Even when my husband and I are mad at each other, there has never been a moment when I stopped serving him.
I never make him…
Pursue me for sex
Cook his own food
Do his own laundry
Run his own errands
…just because we’re fighting.
Responsibilities in a relationship don't rely on feelings; they demand integrity, meaning keeping your word, no matter how you feel.
The next time you're in a disagreement with your spouse, set aside feelings and strive for consistency in both good and bad times.
David said in Psalm 68, “Praise the Lord our God. Each day, He carries us in His arms.” You may have situations that are too much for you, but God is saying, “Don’t worry; I’m going to carry you.”
On Parenting:
Teach your child acceptable “social behavior” aka “Eneyiisa y’omubaantu”.
Your child should know that we don’t laugh at the disabled people. We don’t make jokes about them.
Your child should know, it’s wrong to pass by people without greeting them.
#SocialEtiquette
Your child should know the magic of saying “Thank you” each time he’s given something.
Your child should know that when you say “Am sorry” the ear 👂 will not drop off from the head.
#SocialEtiquette
Your child should know that it’s wrong to pass in the middle of two people talking.
Your child should know that it’s wrong to interrupt someone when on phone.
#SocialEtiquette
Your child should know that you don’t ask for food when u still have a mountain on the plate.
Your child should know that when an elder is passing by carrying heavy objects, it’s ok to ask to help them.
#SocialEtiquette
How your child relates with strangers tells us the kind of home he was raised!!
@CalvelKalangwa@GODFREY_Kutesa@MKarekye@Hashim11 I always tell people the same thing..it all comes with discipline, principles, order and strengthen them. I wish we had better military schools bcz the burden almost falls on a few religious schools which are highly principled
Choose which battle to lose for strategic reasons. Bait your adversary. Allow them to claim a victory once in a while. Know when and how to return fire.
Calculate when to shake hands. Calculate propaganda and actions. The checkmate comes unannounced. Patience is a loyal shield. Go win.
Best quotes from Tyrion Lannister who Peter played as in Game of thrones . That are very relatable
1. “Once you’ve accepted your flaws, no one can use them against you.”
2. “Death is so final. Whereas life, ah, life is full of possibilities.”
3. “I try to know as many people as I can. You never know which one you’ll need.”
4. “Never forget what you are. The rest of the world will not. Wear it like armor, and it can never be used to hurt you.”
5. “Everything’s better with some wine in the belly.”
6. “It’s not easy being drunk all the time. Everyone would do it if it were easy.”
7. “In my experience, eloquent men are right every bit as often as imbeciles.”
8. “Death is so boring, especially now with so much excitement in the world.”
9. “Every time we deal with an enemy, we create two more.”
10. “When you tear out a man’s tongue, you are not proving him to be a liar, you’re only telling the world that you fear what he might say.”
Balance is the key to vibing higher. Be humble and confident. Be kind and take no sh*t. Be grateful for what you have but want more. Know your worth without looking down on others. See the good in people without ignoring red flags. Heal without becoming like those who hurt you.
A boy must not be raised with soft hands.
A boy must not be raised with sympathy. Sympathy crushes the soul of being a man. Boys that have been raised in homes that sympathize with them have failed to launch. The world has defeated them.
They’re still home at 35 sleeping in double-deckers. They’re still home enjoying boys-quarters their parents built in 1994 when they’re still civil servants
Such boys are just lousy and idle. They went to school, graduated but they’re back home and comfortable. That’s where Mummy wants them. She feeds them, gives them pocket change but
they’ve been reduced to home drivers. They’re errand boys sent to pick drop and pick grand kids from school. They’re useless at 37! They get jobs but they abandon them because they are afraid to be idle. Mom will provide for them.
What’s disgusting is that their big or little sisters are busy working, winning big jobs and contracts, the boy is home sleeping 💤 because mom sympathizes with his situation.
The biggest spoiler of a boys potential is mother’s sympathy. When the mother is always protecting the boy from hardships that boy will never grow.
When mom is always planning for the boy instead of letting the boy to do his own planning, that boy will never grow.
The mother who doesn’t want her son to fail at anything yet she wouldn’t mind much if it was her daughter.
Some boys have started relationships and have failed point blank because mom doesn’t feel comfortable with this girl winning the heart of “her son”. Some have had children and mom has refused to let go. She’d rather have the grandkids stay home with her and her big “baby son”. What a mess!!
The “over-protected” son is a failed son!!
You can make money using money, but you will need a whole lot of it. If you have little, instead invest it in yourself and become known for being good at something, people always pay extra for services of an expert, be it a mechanic, carpenter etc. Make yourself hard to replace.
