attended bs for #TayoSaWakas with nothing in mind, but the movie left me utterly surprised by how it went—literally did not expect how it would turn out 😭 it's kind of refreshing to see them in a movie where the core conflict isn't heavily anchored to a family-centric dilemma,

but is more intrinsic and self-rooted—much more personal (we need more films like this!) tho, kinda sad that they have to pause after this. but i would say it's a great movie ender for the donbelle partnership.

The confrontation scenes of Cisco and Cheska shattered my heart and it happens to me in real life that I chose myself over anyone else and I felt so emotionally shattered to some of the scenes in the movie and it moved me to tears so much #TayoSaWakas

Watching “Tayo Sa Wakas” hit a little too close to home because there were moments when I felt like Chesca, constantly giving, understanding, adjusting, and pouring from my own cup just to keep a Cisco’s ego full. That’s what I appreciated most about the film: beneath the romance, it tells a painfully familiar story about how love can sometimes blur the line between support and self-sacrifice. The storytelling felt mature and emotionally honest, even when the characters frustrated me. My only distraction was the wigs, which occasionally took me out of the moment, but thankfully not enough to overshadow the film’s heart.

My late mom, who is the biggest DonBelle fan, would have been very very happy about this movie. ❤️🥓
