Can anyone point me in the direction of registering my 18 yr son with an agent. He is currently studying acting at college, but looking to gain some suitable work experience in the industry.
@ryanjamfesthomas hi, I live in wythenshawe with my 2 sons. my 17 year old is studying performing arts at Manchester college and is looking for work in the industry. As a neighbouring business owner I’m hoping you could recommend an agency for him to approach. Thank you Diane x
@BBCBreakfast if a child is eligible for free school meals then their family is entitled to income support or equivalent. Therefore they don’t pay rent or council tax etc. The real families who are struggling are those who work, with no or min benefits, and have to work to live
@BorisJohnson@GavinWilliamson please please please help the early years sector. We are struggling. You are right, children are safe in settings, but not without sufficient ratios of staff, with them isolating, shielding and testing positive etc. We are at our whits end #helpus
@BorisJohnson why can’t you just put us into complete lockdown, 100% shut everything. Minimal movement, allowing utility workers and delivery drivers to move around. War style lock down. No work, no bills.. surely that would cost the government less than giving grants out.
@BorisJohnson nurseries can’t afford to pay rent when 100% of income (free entitlement funding only) has to pay for staff wages. We need urgent help. Without childcare / early years education, the future for our children looks bleak. #nofuture#saveourchildren#childlifeskills
@BorisJohnson why are London schools more important to the rest of the country? Why have early years settings been left out of all considerations from the start. Nurseries have had no support. Many have had to permanently close. #supportourbabies#saveourfoundationsoflife#help
@BorisJohnson private day nurseries are struggling enough without staff having to shield. Staff who have worked in the same building/room with the same children and the same colleagues, and just because you’ve changed the status of our tier they now have to isolate!!
@MarcusRashford I just want to let you know that as a nursery owner in Wythenshawe, I am behind your free meals campaign and we will be giving lunch bags to children who need them next week
@GranadaReports@MENnewsdesk FREE LUNCH BAGS
for children in receipt of free school meals, following the governments recent retraction
(do not have to attend the nursery)
@BBCBreakfast question for government- if children are not at risk, why are schools sending year groups home? It’s causing havoc for working / business owner parents. Diane, Manchester
Help me raise £5000 to Help fund a new sensory room for children with SEND (special education needs and disabilities) who require one-to-one support. Please #donate on @justgiving and RT. Thanks! https://t.co/wi7taaRpu1
