@Qantas Maybe invest in your app first. It wiped my boarding pass and this resulted in me needing to rebook a flight at additional cost. To then find I was still on the flight I had booked. Get the basics right first.

I am not sure how I could have avoided this mess as I could not print the rebooked flight boarding passes at the airport.

Sitting at Brisbane airport waiting for the flight I had to rebook as Qantas encouraged me to move to an earlier flight, then cancelled my new flight in the app.
$300+points later I rebook my flight, go out and locate my bag, to then be called for the original flight. #qantasfail

The only redeeming part of this mess was the lovely baggage claim lady who found my bag and got it on the correct flight.
