@dieworkwear Derek - The Black Watch at that time was a separate regiment (and a very fine and famous one). Only recently as our army ha shrunk did it become part of the Royal Regiment of Scotland. Their tartan is very famous too - perhaps a tartan / plaid thread is in order?

@MGmotor my MG4 has been sat in @HendyGroup Crawley for 12 days whilst they try and raise a warranty case with you. They say your system won’t let them raise new cases. Is this correct? What can you do to help - put car is only a year old and won’t recharge!

@HendyGroup Great, thank you - I’ve emailed customer service several times and had no response yet so will try this address as well. I’ve heard back from MG that they weren’t even aware there was a fault so no idea whether or not this has even been raised with them!

@lufthansa I’ve been trying for 8 months now to get a refund and compensation from a flight you cancelled back in December. Your call centre won’t talk about claims and when I’ve submitted details I’ve been told no compensation is due. Who can I speak to please?

@lufthansa Yes I did, our return flight was cancelled and we couldn’t get through to reschedule it. We had to buy tickets with another airline.
