🚨 BREAKING: Japan issues tsunami warning after powerful earthquake.

A strong 7.4–7.5 magnitude earthquake struck off the northeast coast of Japan, triggering tsunami warnings across multiple coastal regions. Authorities warned that waves up to 3 meters could reach parts of Iwate, Aomori and Hokkaido, and residents were urged to evacuate to higher ground immediately.

Emergency teams were activated, bullet train services were suspended, and officials began safety checks across infrastructure and coastal areas. The government quickly formed a crisis response team as Japan once again faces the threat of the ocean after a major seismic event. (Source: Reuters)
