@jetairways 6 days have passed and still not a word from anyone with any update on where my bags are. I was told I would get them within 24 hours. Can’t get anyone on the phone, only get automated replies to emails, no one answers your call center lines. (1/2)
@jetairways I have been trying to contact you about bags you lost for three days now. How can I speak to a real person and find out where my bags are?!?!
