@carl_morries you may not be familiar with consumer rights in Ireland or the EU, but when you purchase an item that turns out to be faulty, the seller/store you purchased from are responsible for rectifying the situation.

Do not buy from @currys @Currys_irl, unless you want to wave goodbye to your hard earned money. Cooker purchased had a fault that was reported within 3 months and curry’s blatantly flout consumer rights. They pretend to care on socials, but in reality never reply. @CCPCIreland

@skyhelpireland on a call to cs today I was informed that a package added over the phone cannot be removed within the 14 day cooling off period, only an offer can be removed within the 14 day cooling off period. I was informed that 31 days notice is needed to remove any package.

@ebay so your process to involve eBay when an item doesn’t arrive, is to message the seller and then have to wait another week? Ridiculous, I’ve already waited 2 weeks for my order that never arrived and I’ve already spoken to the seller. My first and last time using eBay.
