In order to make Haryana number 1 in Equality of opportunity (ar 16) amid bulging unemployment (37.4%, CMIE 2023) we need reform in Public examinations. Removing optional opens a way for talented individuals from all subjects rather than just 1 or 2. #hcsoptionalhatao
