Example:

Standing order charge : € 6.62
Unit rate: € 93.17
Carbon Tax: € 9.21
Value added tax: € 9.81

Total €118.81

Is the VAT is calculated by adding the charges, the unit price & the carbon tax, then charging 9% on top of the charges & carbon tax?
