This would have been the perfect time to apologize, this is so wild.
I think he just torpedoed the midterms by asking Iran to bomb CA which I can’t believe is even a sentence.

Again, important to understand what a mastermind Vought is. He has got to lean on religion to sell his vision. The movement is really about maintaining wealth and power for the top 1% of this country which happens to mostly be white men. They need lots of votes to make it work.

Trump shouts out Russ Vought and then says, ominously, "we have some big surprises coming up in a few weeks, right Russ? He's gonna be one of the important people in the history of our country."

[Dee @deemishell]

Remember in his Sept 2024 presidential debate when Trump said “I have nothing to do with Project 2025”.
Russ Vought is the architect of Project 2025. He is also a white supremacist.
Folks they don’t really make this a mystery.

So Russia is giving Iran a 1 Billion dollars while Jared Kushner is negotiating the sale of Russian oil
assets to US interests to benefit Russia despite sanctions that we are supposed to maintain against Russia?
Please someone make it make sense.

Russian President Putin and Iranian President Dr. Pezeshkian to Meet Friday

This comes as Russia prepares to grant Iran a $1 BILLION Loan

Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov says the two presidents will hold a bilateral meeting on October 9 on the sidelines of the CIS summit in Turkmenistan.

The meeting comes amid major regional tensions and growing coordination between Russia and Iran.

@keribla Mind boggling.

[Dee @deemishell]

@croptopsllc just gross.

[Dee @deemishell]

CA has the highest population of Iranian’s living in the US so that seems unlikely to be their plan. But also, goading them to bomb us is not really funny at all.
I don’t think he realizes how expensive things have been for a long time now either.

Everyone in CA needs this today. 😅

Penguins at the Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium play in the snow thanks to the recent snow storm.

“Many of the animals like our big cats and elephants enjoy a snow day when they get the opportunity to play in frigid white powder,” the zoo said.

“Animal keepers will bring snow inside for some of our residents like gorillas and siamangs to experience.”

“Penguins love to venture outdoors for a taste of their native waddling grounds, while otters think ice is nice and frolic in their pools with frosty treats.”

“Most of our animals are innately curious and enjoy investigating the foreign weather phenomena.”

I just can’t believe ppl with a brain are falling for this hysteria. They weren’t “illegal aliens”. When I worked precincts this could happen accidentally because ppl didn’t understand their rights. Like one person. This TINY NUMBER statistically impacts no election ever.

This list includes ZERO "illegal aliens" and again is entirely lawful permanent residents with green cards.

In total, DOJ has found 17 green card holders who allegedly voted as noncitizen in the 2024 election in Minnesota, or 0.0005% of total votes that election.

I do not understand why this is not being talked about more. The sanctions against Russia that Graham was so proud of before he died were apparently just for show. I wonder if he knew that and the whole lie gave him a literal heart attack.

Russia and the U.S. are discussing a multibillion-dollar oil deal - The New York Times

The deal concerns the sale of Lukoil’s assets that were frozen abroad after U.S. sanctions were imposed.

Potential buyers include a group involving Todd Boehly, an American investor close to President Trump who donated $2 million to support the U.S. president’s political efforts; two Middle Eastern groups that have done business with Kushner or Witkoff’s family; and an arm of the U.S. government itself.

The NYT reports that the deal was discussed as part of the peace negotiations over Ukraine. According to sources, Putin raised the issue during a September 5 meeting with Witkoff and Kushner at the Kremlin. One source said Putin proposed moving forward with the deal to show Russians that they could do business with the U.S.

The American side responded that it would work on the matter, viewing it as a way to strengthen relations with the Kremlin while also helping lower global energy prices.

The potential value of the deal has not been disclosed. Lukoil previously valued its foreign assets at $20 billion. Because of U.S. sanctions, the purchase would require approval from the U.S. Treasury Department. The Trump administration would therefore play a decisive role in determining the buyer.

The problem is it’s just not admissible in court but they probably already did this to a lot of people.

I knew these sanctions would never stand. Trump owes Putin way too much. I can’t believe he gets away with this stuff. And meantime Zelensky’s entire country has been flattened to nothing. I hope Zelensky never gives in.

[Gandalv @Microinteracti1]

On 18 September Donald Trump signed the Graham Act, a sweeping Russia sanctions law, and two weeks later the New York Times reported that his envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner are discussing a multibillion-dollar sale of Lukoil's foreign oil fields, refineries and petrol stations to buyers with business ties to their own families.

Trump picked them over career diplomats, so the deal on the table is the deal he wants.

Europe should warn now, before the American licence for the talks expires on 22 October, that this arrangement prolongs the war. It teaches Putin that sanctions are a price to be haggled over, and a man expecting a discount has no reason to stop fighting.

The warning needs teeth, and they should bite on the American side too. Europe should declare that anyone who buys these assets, whether from Moscow, the Gulf or Manhattan, will be treated as a sanctions evader, shut out of European banks and markets and barred from the Lukoil refineries on European soil.

[Dee @deemishell]

What’s next, he’s going to tell us about his bunions?

Trump: "I take an aspirin a day. I don't know if it works but psychologically I need it. It thins the hell out of your blood I guess. I don't know if it works or not but I've been doing it for a long time. And here I am making speeches. I like Bayer aspirin. And I take the big one. They want me to go down to the 80. I take the 386. I don't know what the hell it is. It's a monster. They said, 'Sir, you don't need that!' I said, do me a favor, I've been doing okay for 35 years. Leave me alone."
