1. County Assembly members of Kilifi County spent Kshs. 35M on committee sitting allowances, translating to an average of 51K per MCA.
2. County Assembly Members of kilifi spent Kshs. 110M on car loans & mortgages. YOOH!
3. Apparently Kshs. 235M was spent on the Kilifi County Ward Scholarships Fund. (This is enough to educate all kids in Kilifi right?) someone on the ground please confirm all kids are in school in Kilifi ama ni pesa ziliibwa.
4. Apparently Kshs. 100M was spent on the County Emergency Fund. (Ni emergency gani hii kulikuwa kilifi last year woth Kshs. 100M?)

The County is now issuing domestic loans to individuals? Which part of the constitution allows this? TAGG THAT KILIFI GOVERNOR!!!
