@DasShaktikanta @RBI @nsitharaman Sir, can we regularize private banks to accept pre-payments. Private banks does not allow easy extra payment on loans whereas public banks allow. Even banks abroad allows additional payments easily online.

@nsitharaman mam please check why private banks have so many restrictions on pre-paying or paying additional amount to EMI where as it’s allowed in public sector banks and also in US banks

@udaykotak @KotakCares @KotakBankLtd @RBI Kotak bank cheats and asks me to pay for a credit crd which i never rcvd and it was not linked to my acct till April and now interest it being charged on the annual fees.

Also keya says no cards linked
