Yesterday, Flipkart customer support verbally assured me that the product would arrive by 31st October. Yet on the official tracking portal, the consignment hasn't even been collected from the seller. Delivering a surface shipment across states within 24 hours without even picking it up is physically impossible unless priority air dispatch is deployed immediately. My entire desktop PC workstation setup remains halted due to this delay.

⚠️ PRIOR RECORD OF UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES:

This is not an isolated incident. I already have an ongoing litigation against Flipkart in the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission:

Consumer Court Case No: DC/449/CC/101/2026 (Sanjot Nilesh vs Flipkart Internet Private Limited on e-Jagriti)

In the previous case, Flipkart unilaterally canceled my confirmed order without my consent, refused to honor the contracted price, and forced me to reorder at a hiked rate with zero price protection.

🔴 DEMAND FOR SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE — NO CANCELLATION, NO REFUND:

1. I strictly demand the physical delivery of the contracted unit at the purchased price.

2. Any unilateral attempt by Flipkart to auto-cancel this order or force an unwanted refund will be documented as a willful, repeated offense of unfair trade practice.

3. If this monitor is not delivered by tomorrow (31st October 2026) as committed, I will immediately file a fresh consumer complaint before the Commission via e-Daakhil and amend my pleadings in Case DC/449/CC/101/2026 to claim heavy punitive damages, mental harassment compensation, and business disruption losses.

Take immediate corrective action, dispatch the item via priority express, or face legal prosecution.
