#WATCH | Delhi: INDIA Bloc rally at Ramlila Maidan | Lok Sabha LoP and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi says, "We told everyone that when you come here for the march and the mega rally, buy things, do some shopping. But, while coming to Connaught Place here, we found out that the BJP has forcibly shut down every single shop. So, you should know who is causing the loss to the traders, and how it's happening..."

I ordered a product from Flipkart, and at the time of ordering, the delivery date was October 29. Then it got pushed to October 30, then October 31, and even today, there’s no further update.

Such a pathetic service by Flipkart!

22 DAYS of pure harassment! @Flipkart customer service called me begging for 48hrs to resolve my official NCH grievance. Instead of delivering today, agent Ritik blatantly backtracks and pushes it to Nov 3! Endless lies while holding my prepaid money hostage. @FlipkartSupport.

[Akash @Akash225S]

🚨 FINAL ESCALATION and final Waring to Flipkart

@Flipkart @flipkartsupport @_Kalyan_K @HemantBadri

Order ID: OD438922869632919100

Promised delivery: 21 October. Still undelivered as of 30 October!

Multiple complaints and escalation emails have gone unanswered.

[Sanjot Nilesh @NileshSanjot]

🚨 FINAL WARNING & NOTICE TO FLIPKART: REPEAT DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE & IMMINENT BREACH OF SLA

I am issuing this final public notice to @Flipkart and @flipkartsupport regarding persistent harassment, false commitments, and severe operational failure concerning

Order ID: OD438880226985682100.

📌 Order Details & Timeline of Failure:

Product: Lenovo L-Series 27-inch Full HD IPS Monitor

Order Date: 14th October 2026
Promised Delivery Date: Tomorrow, 31st October 2026

Current Status (30th Oct): Item sitting idle with the seller since 25th October 2026

Logistics Partner: Ekart Logistics has failed to pick up the shipment for over 5 days

NCH Docket No: 10533265

Flipkart Grievance Incident ID: IN26102611333552662243

Yesterday, Flipkart customer support verbally assured me that the product would arrive by 31st October. Yet on the official tracking portal, the consignment hasn't even been collected from the seller. Delivering a surface shipment across states within 24 hours without even picking it up is physically impossible unless priority air dispatch is deployed immediately. My entire desktop PC workstation setup remains halted due to this delay.

⚠️ PRIOR RECORD OF UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES:

This is not an isolated incident. I already have an ongoing litigation against Flipkart in the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission:

Consumer Court Case No: DC/449/CC/101/2026 (Sanjot Nilesh vs Flipkart Internet Private Limited on e-Jagriti)

In the previous case, Flipkart unilaterally canceled my confirmed order without my consent, refused to honor the contracted price, and forced me to reorder at a hiked rate with zero price protection.

🔴 DEMAND FOR SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE — NO CANCELLATION, NO REFUND:

1. I strictly demand the physical delivery of the contracted unit at the purchased price.

2. Any unilateral attempt by Flipkart to auto-cancel this order or force an unwanted refund will be documented as a willful, repeated offense of unfair trade practice.

3. If this monitor is not delivered by tomorrow (31st October 2026) as committed, I will immediately file a fresh consumer complaint before the Commission via e-Daakhil and amend my pleadings in Case DC/449/CC/101/2026 to claim heavy punitive damages, mental harassment compensation, and business disruption losses.

Take immediate corrective action, dispatch the item via priority express, or face legal prosecution.
