@jespvg Yikes. Those splits are pretty bad. Any promotion of AB would have to mean Suggs was going out in a high value trade. Would Paolo/Suggs for Giannis framework lead to a better starting 5? IDK. But seems like a discussion.

@JonesOnTheNBA I mean, you fill a stadium with all of the most die-hard fans from a whole continent each time you go there, as opposed to here, where each city gets their own shows. That said, football culture leads to great crowds over there, regardless.

@FmrTankCommandr don't have stats, but anecdotally, feels like AB and TDS have both elevated their games when given starters minutes. Like going with AB and seeing what happens.

@jvd0730 @JonesOnTheNBA It's not the 8th seed, it's the loser of the 7v8 game, as I understand it. Tanking that game you'd still then have to win the next game against 9v10 winner to make playoffs. Risky for 1 ball. But yeah on the whole there will always be some level of gamesmanship.

@SixthManShow The benefits of tanking out of the play-in are insane. 3X the odds for finishing 11th instead of 10th. Gonna be an awful look when teams are bypassing the playoffs on purpose.
