I am in London since 10 days now how am I supposed to go to Kalyan? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . I have been facing many problems since i went abroad and your ground level staff is not helpful at all. I have sent mails, tweeted about it but no response at all

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You guys claim to be an Indian network but at ground level your staff is not helpful and very rude. This 2023 when people deliver sim at home. For that now I have to go to Kalyan and to raise a simple request.

(3) Is it that your all branches are different nations or something? Isn’t Pune and Mumbai part of Maharashtra or India. Dont you think being an Indian network you should have that flexibility to raise complaint or request from any part of India for sim registred in part of India

(2) Manager of Mulund West Gallery told me that since I had switched to Airtel from Vodafone when I was in Pune few months back. You’re registered in Maharashtra circle and not Mumbai circle. So all requests are required to be raised outside Mumbai circle i.e. from Kalyan onwards

(5) and after getting no response from ground level staff. I had raised complaint over mail which was supposed to be resolved by 5th of February but I have not received any solution till now. This is like worst service ever

(4)in addition to tht, I asked my family to visit Mulund West Airtel Gallery. They had audacity to say that since you switched to Airtel from outside Mumbai circle, we cant help you have to go to that respective circle or outside Kalyan to raise complaint. @airtelindia

(3) cont.. now I am in London with no network. I cant make payment cause I can’t receive OTP. I cant register anywhere because of no OTP. I cant even reach out to Airtel customer care as I dont have network or internet or sms. I am stuck with no funds no network in London..
