Want to bring to your attention the mismanagement at Yamunotri Dham main temple darshan.
There was no crowd management, & the security staff was incredibly rude & imcompetent!
Please install railings for smooth darshans, like are installed at Ayodhya, Salasar, etc.

Shouldn't the vehicle registration counters be open 24hrs, or atleast open early in the morning so that the yatris can get their vehicle pass and make it to their destination on time?

We had to wait for 4 hrs for the counter to open.

@flyspicejet @DGCAIndia SG8151 was originally scheduled to fly from DEL to BLR at 7.40pm on 5th July. The boarding happened at 1.30am and now at 5am the passengers are still in aircraft waiting for pilot. What is the nonsense service? Just shut down your operations like GoAir!!

It has been 2.5 hrs since we have boarded the flight (which was already 6hrs delayed), but there is no sign of the pilot.

Not a SINGLE flight on time. All delayed >5hrs
Had only heard of their incompetence, now experienced it firsthand
Why are they still allowed to operate when they clearly can't!

This airline will NEVER operate at the time for which you had originally booked your tickets, ruining all your travel plans. 7 times in last 11 months for me! High time, you guys should just shut down!!
