@airtelindia I had replied with a preferred time for a call but your executives just copy pasted a message without even calling. So, I have explained my issue in the DM so that you don't waste my further time and connect me to the concerned executive who can solve the issue.

@airtelindia why is your customer service so bad? Unable to contact your executive since the last 2 days, your IVRS is not giving any option for that and neither your app.

I have no idea to what extent the state is getting benefitted from this shitty decision of imposing lockdown on random dates which is being changed multiple times, but it sure is not controlling the pandemic in any way.
