(2/2) Why should it take such a long time to arrange the spare parts. It is hampering my work. If OLA is unable to provide spares on time, I request you to please replace my scooter with new one or provide with a spare scooter for the time being.

(1/2)Finally, after a technician's inspection at my place on 3rd March, my scooter was being RSA on 4th March. I called several times but Before half an hour I got a call from OLA centre & he told me that my VCU has to be replaced & it will take 30-45 days.

Why should I pay extra for RSA when I already have Ola Care Plus and the issue is not my fault?
This is unacceptable service from Ola Electric. I request immediate thoroughly check-up & repair or free replacement.

(2/3) I am unable to book a service request as all slots are full. When I contacted customer support, I was told to use RSA and that I will be charged based on the distance (km) from the service centre.

My scooter display has stopped working for the last 5 days and the vehicle is completely unusable. Apart this, my scooter has many more complaints but
