There was a time we had to wait a decade to get an MTNL connection. I held on to my precious landline for as long as I could. But when the line was more dead than alive, I finally went to the telephone exchange today and surrendered the number. Still felt like the end of an era.
You meet people at coffee shops...this one gave up caffeine, that one won't eat carbs or fats, another gave up sugar and salt. You can't be the only one having coffee and cake... Maybe cafés should start charging for table occupancy!
