1/ For 25 years the game was simple: rank higher on Google.
That game is ending.
Today we're naming what replaces it — and rebuilding our company around it.
Introducing AIR™. 🧵
2/ AI Retrieval Intelligence™ (AIR™).
Search engines ranked websites. AI engines select entities.
The winners of the next decade won't rank higher. They'll be retrieved first.
3/ Ask an AI "who's the best ___ near me?" and it doesn't hand you ten blue links.
It hands you one answer.
There is no page one anymore. There's the answer — and everyone else.
4/ AIR™ is the framework that decides whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok & Copilot trust your company enough to recommend it.
Not rank you. Recommend you.
Different game. Different rules.
5/ — 01 · Entity Authority™ Before AI recommends you, it has to know who you are.
We build the machine-readable identity layer that makes you legible to a model — structured data, knowledge graph, verification, credentials.
The plumbing of being believed.
6/ — 02 · Citation Dominance™ AI doesn't invent authority. It retrieves it.
We plant your company inside the sources AI trusts — until you're not just in the evidence, you ARE the evidence.
Not visibility. Citation gravity.
7/ — 03 · Retrieval Intelligence™ What AI says about you changes every week. Most companies never find out.
We track every engine — mentions, recommendations, competitive displacement, retrieval share.
No guesses. Only receipts.
8/ — 04 · Territory Ownership™ AI search is local — and winner-take-all.
"Best roofer near me?" has exactly one answer.
One territory. One authority. One answer.
We make that answer you. Not page-one rankings — category ownership.
9/ The whole thesis in two lines:
SEO helped businesses rank. AIR helps businesses become the answer.
The companies that win the AI era won't be the loudest. They'll be the most retrievable.
10/ Every territory has exactly one answer.
The only question is whether it's you.

This is Deep AI Solutions.
Search engines decided who ranked. AI engines decide who gets named.
When someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity for the best business in Houston — is it you?
We make local businesses the answer. → https://t.co/GGGusZFbtP
1/ The median Houston business scores 31 out of 100 on AI visibility.
The ten blue links are being replaced by a single AI answer that already has an opinion about who to recommend. If you're not in it, there's no second page to scroll to.
We measured it. 🧵
2/ 750 buyer-intent prompts. 5 frontier assistants — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity. 3,750 responses analyzed for three things: were you named, was it cited, were the facts true.
3/ Finding 1: median score 31/100. 48% of the market is effectively invisible — named in under 1 of 5 relevant answers.
4/ Finding 2: AI recommendation is winner-take-most. The top 5 businesses per sector capture the majority of every mention. Tenth place isn't "less traffic" — it's no presence.
5/ Finding 3: the assistants don't agree. Citation rate: 94% Perplexity → 27% ChatGPT. The most-used assistant cites the least.
6/ Finding 4: structured data predicts presence better than anything else (r = 0.71) — ahead of Google Business Profile and backlinks. The AI internet weights schema differently than the search internet did.
7/ Finding 5: machine authority is geographic. Inner-loop ZIPs get recommended ~3.2× more than equally dense suburbs. The dead zones are wide open.
8/ The gap is large, measurable, and mostly unclaimed. Whoever closes it first holds the position the way early domain owners held theirs.

Most tools score the answer.
We score whether your brand even makes it into the room where the answer gets written.
No two answer engines share the same index — ChatGPT runs on Bing, Claude on Brave, Gemini on Google, Perplexity on its own. We add Exa as a neutral, independent retrieval lens on top, so your visibility report isn't hostage to a single vendor's index.
When these engines retrieve live from the web, they ground on authoritative, well-structured, indexable pages. Strengthen that shared source footprint and you plausibly improve your eligibility to be cited — we can't (and won't) guarantee a citation.
And every content-gap action we prescribe links to the exact competitor page it's drawn from — a real, clickable source URL you can open and verify.

The Corrie-as-curator move is what separates this from every other data tool that launches empty and hopes users fill it. You come in with thousands of published Discoveries already live. That's a completely different retention problem to have.
Granger Causality as a first-class output is also the right call. Most correlation products dump an r-value and let the user draw their own (usually wrong) conclusions about whether anything is actually causing anything. Surfacing predictive causality directly is the honest version of the tool.
The Portfolio layer is where the network effect either builds or doesn't. If the research-to-presentation workflow is tight, that's the moat. Following to see how it develops. Nice work brother!

Building Deep AI Solutions — we help local and regional businesses show up in AI search results (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) the same way SEO helped them show up on Google. Most SMB owners don't know AI is already making buying decisions about their category and they're invisible.
The connections that move the needle for us are franchise operators, trade association leaders, and digital marketing agency owners who serve local business clients. Curious what Boardy finds there.
AI SEO" is already obsolete.
The companies winning in ChatGPT aren't ranking pages.
They're engineering citations, entities, and retrieval surfaces.
Search was about being found.
AI is about being trusted.
