Quite disappoint to see the approach across branches. Account open Lee then reinstated and now no support. Tired all aspect but not able to get it utilised and penalty being imposed. What a misery

i try to connect on the contact info provided by cust care, but to my surprise … no one lifted the call (screenshot attached - 5 min call waiting) What else to expect now. Need urgent support here

Team Titan, purchased TITAN Magnet watch from TITAN World Patna on 30/5/2025 and its stopped working all of sudden, thereafter I went to multiple stores and finally got enetertained by Tiitan word store galleria mall Noida and submitted the same on 29th June 2025.

What’s wrong with Cust care, hold time of 45 min on paid call, not even informing for que or tentative wait time. 45 min plus to get ur concern addressed. For sure Cust care will make a record of hold time.
Team - what’s wrong in ur Cust services - more than 20 minutes waiting and counting.
Also ur indie app launched sucks. The services offered and the way to use app is gone. Against multiple day and multiple attempt, no success and it’s getting worse to worse exp now.
