My order number with tracking I'd 77180205266 , was supposed to be delivered on 16th September, but I have not received it till date (5 days late ).
Either send my order ASAP or return my money !

[Dee7ak @Deepak34465543]

The irony here is heavier than the cargo !! 🙂

[Dee7ak @Deepak34465543]

@GoibiboSupport Thanks for the quick action timely refund !! 🤝

[Dee7ak @Deepak34465543]

Hey @GoibiboSupport I booked a bu service named as Hey Rajeshwar bus services from Wakad pune to ghodbunder ( Mumbai ) . The bus driver dropped me near Ghansoli railway station ( about 25 kms before my destination) , citing the reasons that bus won't goto ghodbunder continued...

[Dee7ak @Deepak34465543]

@GoibiboSupport I have sent a DM. When are you going to reply ??

[Dee7ak @Deepak34465543]

I want the extra money which i spent on private cab to be refunded at least. ( Rupees 550 ) .
Kindly initiate the rest of refund ASAP !!!!
Attached the PNR invoice for reference..

[Dee7ak @Deepak34465543]

..Won't goto ghodbunder due to traffic jam in that route. It was raining heavily and due to that my laptop and clothes were all wet and I was 22 kms away from my destination. I had to send another 550+ rupees on private cab to reach my destination.continued ..

[Dee7ak @Deepak34465543]

When I raised a support ticket , the customer care executive took the bus driver in conference and the driver was almost scolding me and the customer care executive for asking for refund . And now I can see a mere 56 rupees refund has been initiated for me ..seriously !!!

@kotakneo Thanks for the response, i sincerely hope that is the case.. and pnl today's position tab is not added in profitability (it's in deep red 😢)
Also requesting you guys to do something about it as it's quite confusing..
Trade squared off in one tab and still running in other tab..

[Dee7ak @Deepak34465543]

Hi @kotakneo I have squared off positions in Lauruslabs 28 sep 23 380 call , it is showing squared off in the tab open positions , but the sell call i took to square off the trade is still showing active in tab today's position .

Please clear the confusion !

[Dee7ak @Deepak34465543]

@kotakneo I have some queries
1)why is the trade not squared off in today's position tab ?
2) when will the trade get squared off in today's position tab ?
3)which tab's (open positions or today's position)pnl will be added /subtracted to my funds ?

[Dee7ak @Deepak34465543]

@kotakneo But the pnl for Lauruslabs 380 call is changing continuously in the tab today's position ,it should be squared off in today's position tab , once I squared off the trade. Right ... ?
Pasting below the pnl in open positions vs today's position .
Let me know which one to believe

[Dee7ak @Deepak34465543]

@Sanju_Lakshya Can use @kotakneo . It has zero brokerage.
