@ramanathaninoa all returns filed.all zero returns due to no transaction. GSTR3B filed on time. GSTR 10 needs to be filed within 3 months after closure of account which was missed. hence the penalty calculated. Spoke to tax officer.. they do not have any rights to take decision about such matter
