To make it worse, even my call/chat recordings (promised in 72 hrs) are still delayed after 12+ days.
This has been one of the most stressful customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Please be cautious with Expedia. @ExpediaUK

Airline confirmed the credit wasn’t theirs. Multiple Expedia agents contradicted each other and gave zero accountability.
Because of this app glitch + misinformation, I couldn’t book in time and have now lost 4 tickets worth more than $2,500
