But because of the rude behaviour of the staff they have actually made me feel helpless since I had to 1st make the payment for the car to be delivered after 7 days.

I own a Tata Ev Nexon since Oct 2020. Tata being the most trusted name in India is the reason of my choice. I've had the worst experience from the saki naka service center.
@Tataev@TataMotors@TataMotors_Cars Despite having a 2 year extended warranty which I bought approximately for Rs 33500.00, I was forced to pay charges for the charging point called the actuator which while buying I was told it will be covered. People at the center are rude. I feel cheated.
