Opted for JioFiber Postpaid_888_12M advance rental plan, but since Jan 2026 I’ve been charged ₹1347/month. Even with 18% GST, the amount should be under ₹1100. No way to reach customer care or a live agent. This feels like an organized loot. #JioFiber#JioCare

@JioCare I have already attempted to resolve this through your toll-free number and WhatsApp support. The IVR provides no access to human agents, and the WhatsApp chat offers only generic, automated replies .
The fun fact is even the greievence email , just send automated replies.
