@Paritolkks As ours a tier 2 city, same delivery person attends all large parcels, and we both know each other by face. After that incident, I’m calling him to deliver every parcel to door step, no more collecting it from vehicle.

@Paritolkks He marked the parcel as delivered, and asked me to rate it 5 star, I did it. And to my surprise he just kept parcel on road and asked me to open and take it home part by part! I just shouted at him, then he came with lame excuse eventually they both carried it to first floor.
