@geekyranjit @Swiggy They had some glitches in the system today but they did not accept that. My food was not delivered even after 2.30 hours, and finally they cancelled the order at 11.20 PM, but no refund was given! I lost money for no reason of mine today! Swiggy=Cheating. I will never order again

Hey @Swiggy what's wrong with your customer care, it's been. Over 1.5 hrs since I ordered and still not delivered.

As it's delayed so much my wife asked to cancel the order and your customer care is just not responding. Is this the kind of service you give to end customers.

@PhilipsHomeIN , @philipsindia Please solve this issue of wrong item delivery. Ordered HL7720 jar and got something else!! Amount already prepaid! Order ID and Ticket ID in the attached file. Called 1800-572-1800 more than 10 times. No solution 😭 Pity on your customer care!!
