@Flipkart @realmecareIN I purchased my realme phone through your platform from your registered seller. Despite being under warranty, service was denied by calling an almost unnoticeable mark a “hard dent", please intervene and ensure my warranty claim is properly addressed.

My phone is within the warranty period, yet my warranty service has been refused on the ground that the phone has a “hard dent.”
The physical mark being referred to is not ordinarily noticeable during normal use or casual inspection.
