Digging was done for water pipeline long back and repair is not done yet and might lead to accidents.

@OfficialSBICare @TheOfficialSBI The issue is not resolved and the customer is still struggling to withdraw the amount or perform online transactions. Such a bad experience and poor customer service from SBI and there is no hope by when the issue will be resolved.

That's why private banks become alternatives.

@OfficialSBICare @TheOfficialSBI Adding further, we have already submitted all required documents to Home Branch for KYC, NOC from CyberCell, EDD Form, even Chief Manager, Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh also written to Home Branch to resume services but no action from BM yet. Tickets are being closed without resolution

Only local residents managed so far with no hope from government authorities.
