DOCUMENTATION: I ordered a Queen-size cot from Amazon on 4 Oct 2026 (Order No. 402-4024778-8538701), with delivery promised for 12 Oct. Instead of the cot, I received a completely different bar-cabinet/shelf-type product.

After delivering the wrong product, Amazon expects me to call back on 17 Oct instead of proactively calling the customer. This is especially concerning as replacement eligibility ends on 22 Oct. I am posting this thread to document the issue and timeline.

I was also asked to submit photographs of the product received through a provided link. I have already submitted the requested photographs.

The representative said I would receive an SMS confirming our discussion, but I have received no such confirmation.

The PM Kalyana Mantapa junction signal is managed in ridiculously bad manner. Especially when people are coming from eastend Main road towards PM Kalyana mantapa will have to wait for 20 mins during evenings. @blrcitytraffic The timing is 15 seconds.
