@OnePlus_Support@OnePlus_IN Hi, I recently bought OnePlus 11R variant in 26/04/2023 the mobile has a defect it seems and it is switching on/off for 4 times a day automatically then the mobile receiver is also not working properly I am unable to hear other person voice clearly.
Service centre convincing me to adjust with product quality but I cannot use this device, also it affect my time and works so badly which leads to bad situation.
Also service centre tries only to close job sheet (service record) and not resolving the issue.
I have visited my nearby service centre KDPR68 and submitted my mobile for 3 days still the issue is not resolved, the mobile is sound is very low and while connecting headphones via 3.5mm to type c connector volume automatically decreases
