Why 2 average bill of new connection is issued. Why can't you take exact reading.
I paid last bill (average) and raised a complaint with you and sdo ram Nagar. Still a new average bill of 8665 is issued.

Neither new nor old reading is mentioned in the bill. @Ch_RanjitSingh please look in this matter. I have raised complaints online and offline still no action is taken.
It is really painful to pay for the units which I haven't consume.
