@FirstAmHome I raised a ticket in March for a broken dishwasher. Since then: 10+ visits, missed appointments, motherboard & control panel replaced—but same issue. 4 months later, no resolution. Is it fair to ask for a refund of the premium when the issue isn’t fixed? Thoughts?

@Sonos I’m very disappointed with ur support service. I placed an order of home theatre (arc+era100*2+ sub) and Sonos One. I chnged m mind on Sonos one and it’s been 4 months or so, that support is not able to give me the label for return, neither getting my refund #105546137.
