@ViCustomerCare Blatant money extraction from unsuspecting customers by a reputable telephone service provider, aka Vi or Vodafone Idea. The service provider has been continuously charging Vi Movies & TV subscription, a service which I had declined from the very start. 1/3

@ViCustomerCare, I was wrongly charged the excess amount in the bill paid in the month of April too, duly paid by me. I find it strange as I had already declined the add-on service on 22nd of March when I was informed through SMS that from 24th April it shall be charged. 2/3

@KiranKS I feel since the direct beneficiaries of doling out freebies are the political parties, the parties should fund such initiatives. Taxpayers money should only be utilised for the benefit of all citizens on projects that are priority for all citizens.
