@SamsungSupport Hello, the repair did not work, the technician spent 2 hours, but then declared the unit not repairable, communication confusion on refunds - finally I got refund ticket created and hoping it resolves soon - refund ticket# 4157039367. We are without refri for 3+ weeks now!

@SamsungSupport @SamsungSupport ^Jamie-last week repairman told us that refrigerator is 'contaminated' and can't be repaired (either replaced or refunded). Today shows up and now wants to repair because his boss told him so. No written report/diagnosis provided. Can someone else help?

@SamsungSupport well @SamsungSupport - 24 hours from now will be X'mas Eve and we will be without fridge and wasted food. Is there way you can expedite - the repairman who came today has told us we can't use fridge at all and has disconnected it.

@SoFi Trying to sign-up and experiencing bad workflow - two-factor phone verification code expires within seconds? (or just a bug). Also referral links leak referrer name, and their ids are sequential in the URL itself - so referrer/user id, first name can be easily siphoned off
