Again On 10th may, I Was Being Told by @Flipkart that they will refund my money, and now when i asked them again about the status of my refund, they have no clue and are asking me to wait till 16th may just for an update. they are just finding new ways to delay. @flipkartsupport

Now, they cancelled my replacement for the laptop.
First they promise to you give replacement, then they delayed it and now they cancelled it. This is the kind of customer service @Flipkart@flipkartsupport is offering.
But today on 8th may, when the courier service provider came again for replacement of the product, the serial number wasn't matching and hence I couldn't get my replacement. This is the worst kind of service I have received.
